Hi, I’m Matthew Grove
A South-central Pennsylvania native, I moved to Louisville in January of 2019 for a fresh start and to see how I could take my creative career to the next level and started with WDRB Media in July of 2019. Since then, I have become a Senior Graphic Designer as well as an integral part to the BCI Media team.
In 2020, I started my own venture called Blank Creative where our primary goal is to help small business grow their company and their brand. We help bring their ideas to life and are proud to still be in business while also building a book of reoccurring business.

I create videos that focus on capturing beautiful, well-composed shots. My work emphasizes clarity, composition, and storytelling to communicate ideas effectively.
Awards & Accomplishments

In August of 2019 I received the title of Employee of the Month. I received this for designing and launching my companies website while also tackling sales materials for 3 news stations and bringing a lead to our sales team. This award does not come to people often and I’m very proud to receive it.

In my career I have had my work published many a times. Ranging from billboards, magazines, and merchandise; all the way to bourbon bottle labels and features on the news. Seeing my work in the bright lights always makes me feel proud!

I proudly launched my own creative agency in 2020 called Blank Creative. At Blank Creative, we strive to help small businesses navigate the tough terrain that is building and developing a business plan and brand.

I strive to make myself as versatile of a creative as I possibly can. With that in mind I have trained myself to have a plan or idea for whatever the project may be. Still learning animation tho!
